About Us
"STA" LLC is the successfully working Ukrainian enterprise in Kharkov city established on the basis of modern technologies and equipment. It is one of the main manufacturers and suppliers of parts in the building of pipelines, valves, products of technological and sanitary purposes, of color and black metal in Ukraine.
The company was founded in 2002 in Kharkov city. The main activity of «S.T.A." LLC was the production of seamless steel elbows using induction heating by high frequency, conical reducers, caps and pipe workpiece. In 2012, "S.T.A." company successfully started the production of the ball valves DN 15, 20, 25, 40, 50, air valve (Majewski tap) DN15, check valve, y-strainers, brass unions. Since July 2013 the production of the original bypass valve is started, as well as a big range of threaded brass parts (fittings) is greatly expanded.
Today the range of the company includes:
- Brass ball valves and air valve (Mayevsky tap);
- Brass check valves Brass y-strainers Brass fitting connectors universal and turnkey (American);
- Brass tie-in tank assembly;
- Brass and steel hose fittings;
- Brass manifold for underfloor heating;

- Steel and galvanized pipeline parts: seamless bent elbows, concentric reducers, elliptical caps;
- Steel and galvanized pipe workpiece: locknuts, sockets, threads, pipe sleeves, tube with bilateral thread;
- Bypass valve for heating systems to circulating pumps with check valve or tap.

How We Work
When manufacturing brass parts we widely use 3D simulation, which is used both when we develop the new products and when test products for assembling.
Modern software, professional designers and experience in the production of parts by hot forging can reduce production time and the introduction of new brass products, as well as to guarantee high quality at the design stage.

An important advantage of our production is the process automation of brass workpieces machining on the machines with CNC.
Automatic processing of the parts on CNC machines ensures the stability of the quality and identity of the produced units of the whole lot, as the negative factors that occur during manual operation are excluded.
Parts assembling and quality control
The final step in the manufacturing process of brass products is the assembling of products and output quality control followed by packaging. Particular attention is paid to the correct assembly of the combination of components, compliance with the axial and radial clearances, tightening the thread connections with a certain force and ensuring leak resistance of mating parts with special gaskets and sealants. Product quality control in a separate process that allows to respond quickly the possible deviations in compliance of the ready products quality to the requirements of the standards or technical specifications of the customer, as well as to identify possible defects.
